Welcome 2023!
Welcome to the new year! 2022 was a rough one in many ways for many people, but we got through it together! So, what’s new in 2023? Well, this year you are going to see the FINAL version of Stolen Innocence, and if all goes well in editing, you’ll see Safe Haven done by year’s end. I’m also working on the various Vellas but could use some serious encouragement on them! I have ALL NINE Chains of Fate Vellas going, so please take a look at them! When I don’t have feedback, I have a challenging time continuing, so if you could, check them out and give me some input either by review or via email at admin@phoenixreal.net.
Also, as a treat, signed copies are now offered on my website. Please note the shipping times, as I do NOT keep books on hand right now. I order them as I receive orders. You can order paperback or hardback, or order both!
Stolen Innocence is NOW on Kindle Unlimited, so read for free as often as you want! Well, good news for those that are interested, part two, Safe Haven, is being put out on Vella, first three episodes are free. It WILL be coming to Ko-Fi for those of you who are outside the United States!
Please feel free to offer your feedback as things are developing and we get down to the work of Editing Safe Haven. If you have any last-minute ideas for Stolen Innocence, get them in NOW before the final editing pass is done!

New This Month:
For centuries, the land-bound descendants of Merpeople have been confined to hidden districts where they will not disturb proper society. When Peter, Earl of Everly, flees his engagement ball, he finds himself stranded among the half-Mer. Will he encounter hostility from society’s outcasts, or could they be hiding something he’s always sought? Rejected by Lord Everly, Lady Meredith Bannister’s future is dark. Burdened with the secret of her heritage, can she embrace her identity before it is taken by force?

Grief.
Everyone deals with it differently. Me? I get revenge. This time my focus is on Alexandra Wilder: my sister’s best friend. I am going to ruin her life the same way she ruined mine. I know it will be worth it, even if I lose my very soul in the process.

Here I am, minding my own business, when I’m grabbed right off the street in broad daylight! I’m whisked to a private island that becomes more like my personal Hell than paradise. I just hope I can find a way to get back home before I lose my heart to the angry, gorgeous stranger who holds me captive.
Fantasy Corner!
Book One of Legacy of the Phoenix is ALWAYS free on Kindle Unlimited, so download it, then head over to Vella and check out Book Two as I write it! Since Vella is currently United States only, don’t worry if you want to read book two! It will be published in ebook form on kindle as soon as it is complete! Soon, for people outside the United States, I will be publishing through Ko-Fi so you can receive the books as well.
Also, if you haven’t already read Dark and the Sword, consider joining my Review Team and get the book for free! I’m on Booksprout, and I’m running a review event for Dark and the Sword. Stolen Innocence will run in February!
Vella Corner!
Episodic reading you can pay for as you go. No need to buy a whole book, and some books give you a chance to have input as the story develops! (Vella is currently only available in the United States!)

Being a adult who had been abused between the ages of 4-6 I would not be interested in a book that you mentioned. Even though the abuse happened over 70 years ago my abuse still feels like it was yesterday.
